About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Partnership Program Manager to lead the expansion and success of our Partner Program within freight forwarding and logistics industry. You will play a critical role in identifying, recruiting, developing, and managing a network of strategic partners who complement Softlink’s offerings.
Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee the execution of a comprehensive Partnership Program strategy
- Define partner profiles and target segments aligned with Softlink’s business objectives.
- Develop and execute multi-channel partner recruitment campaigns.
- Design and implement partner on boarding, training, and enablement programs.
- Manage partner contracts and ensure program compliance.
Drive partner profitability and growth:
- Develop and manage joint marketing and sales initiatives with partners.
- Collaborate with regional sales teams to identify partner opportunities and align on marketing priorities.
- Analyze partner performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement strategies to drive partner sales and profitability.
Cultivate strong partner relationships:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all partner inquiries and concerns.
- Proactively address partner challenges and provide ongoing support.
- Identify new partnership opportunities and explore strategic alliances.
Marketing and Program Management:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and performance of multi-channel partner marketing activities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop partner-centric marketing materials and campaigns.
- Analyze program performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Track and report on key partner program metrics (e.g., leads generated, revenue pipeline).
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B partnership marketing or channel sales, preferably within the freight forwarding and logistics industry.
- Proven track record of developing and managing successful partner programs.
- Strong understanding of partner marketing best practices, including lead generation, co-marketing, and partner enablement.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to track and measure program performance.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools a plus.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
